Some of the services we provide are financial assistance with medical bills, travel expenses, food, toys, and other miscellaneous items that your family might need during this difficult time. We regret at this time we are unable to assist anyone on Medicare or Medicaid. As of 2017 Ava’s Gift To June is now strictly a “Carolinas” charity so we are unable to assist people that are not residents of North or South Carolina. Proof of residency is required.

Download the attached application. Please be sure to fill out the application completely including your physician’s information. We have medical personnel on staff that will need to verify your physician’s diagnosis for insurance and tax reasons so include all addresses, websites, and phone numbers. Please fill out all financial information.

Since our mission is to help those that do not qualify for government assistance, income may vary. If you have insurance you can still qualify for help with medical bills or other areas of financial assistance like travel to specialists, lodging near the hospital, or anything else that may help in your child’s fight against cancer.
